What does one wear to watch their husband be tried for murd Thank you for all the support recently. It has been a trying few weeks, though hopefully by the end of this one it will all be over.

WARDED TO FAMILY
I'm Will I see any of you at the trial? Work has given me leave to attend. How generous of them.

I do not get the opportunity to attend this years Nutcracker performance, which makes this two years in a row that I have been unable to attend a(n entire) performance. Though I prefer this years reasons to last years, as Dragon Pox is far easier to heal from than a stroke. Between my coming down with it and Charlemagne succumbing soon after it has just been infeasible.

Next year.

It seems this Dragon Pox just won't cease. I finally began recovery earlier this week and, as fate would have it, poor Charley started showing signs of it a few days ago and woke up with full blown Dragon Pox this morning. What a terrible year for illness. I certainly hope he begins feeling well enough soon so we do not have to miss the ballet. I swear November is passing in a blur of illness. I have barely had time to breathe and it's nearly over. Hopefully December brings some much needed joy.

WARDED TO FAMILY
I think I caught Mr Black's Dragon Pox.

Actually, I know I caught it. So I'm going to lock myself in my room for the next week.

WARDED TO LEO
I was off work today so I attended the trial.

I really hope you had nothing to do with the McKinnon girl. After what happened to Mr Rosier I doubt any Purist will be able to get off any charge.

WARDED TO ROSIER FAMILY
I know this difficult time has just become more so for you. Please do not hesitate should any of you require anything.

WARDED TO JUNIA AND KITTY
I think one more night of going over our proposal would not be remiss before turning it in. Are you free tonight? I am in need of a distraction after the verdict this afternoon.

Normally I quite enjoy the autumn. However this year it feels wrong.

Over the years I have attempted to understand the reasons behind an event like Hag Week. Surely there must be one if it is allowed to continue year after year. However, I have not been able to find one. Hags are the reasons that creatures like Merfolk and Centaurs have denied Being status, after all, and I can hardly blame them. Who would want to share a status with Hags? Even I am uncomfortable with them as a Being when I am a Human Being. Yet it is not just that. This is a group that promotes, encourages and actively tries to consume infants. By condoning something like Hag Week this sort of behaviour is made out to be justified when in fact it should be eradicated stopped. The Ministry keeps touting that it has the best interest of the Wizarding World at heart and that is what this effort to stop the Death Eater threat is all about. However they happily allow Hags to celebrate their culture of eating children. How progressive. And now those with children are not even allowed to leave the country to escape this threat. It is like the Ministry is just trying to get children to die.

WARDED TO LEO
I feel as if I am expected to say something about this. But I do not have anything to say. All I can think about is what if it was you in Mr Rosier's place. He is not an inexperienced boy or an idiot halfblood werewolf employee. He is older. And you would think he'd be more careful, especially after Evan. What if he was careful though? And then it does not matter how careful anyone is, even you.

I do not want it to be you next time.

WARDED TO CHARLEY
For your birthday I am going on holiday. I will leave tomorrow and return Thursday. I have also decided that, for my birthday - which I still have not picked out a present for - you will send me on this holiday. I believe it will be mutually enjoyable to us both.

WARDED TO FAMILY
If any of you need me, I will be on holiday until Thursday.

WARDED TO TRISTAN
I presume you are healed of whatever injuries you sustained following your infection. Since you are no longer dying, I feel no guilt in expressing this to you: You. Owe. Me.

I realise you were not exactly lucid, but informing your teenage sister of my involvement was monumentally idiotic and I am quite displeased.
